Henrik Jan Gudmundson

As Chief Operating Officer of the Backal Hospitality Group, Mr. Gudmundson provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of its effective growth strategies. For Apella, Mr. Gudmundson provides day-to-day leadership, which reflects the adopted mission and core values of his past industry successes, including the Mandarin Oriental, the Four Seasons, and the Cipriani Group. He spends his free time skiing, playing golf or squash, and exploring the city with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
