CITI BIKE

Citi Bike stations are located at 1st Avenue/East 27th Street and 1st Avenue/East 30th Street.

Yes! It costs $20 per car to park in the on-site garage.

 

DIRECTIONS FROM 1^ST AVENUE

Take 1st Avenue north and turn right onto East 30th Street towards the East River. At the stop sign, take a hard right onto the FDR Service Road (keep right; do not proceed to the FDR on-ramp). Follow the signs to the Alexandria Center parking garage, branded as ABM Parking. The entrance is on the right.

When traveling East toward 1st Avenue in Manhattan, please use East 23^rd, East 26^th, or East 30th Streets. All other streets are one way or closed.

 

DIRECTIONS FROM FDR HEADING NORTH

Take the East 23rd Street exit, travel west on East 23rd Street, and turn right onto 1st Avenue. Take 1st Avenue North and turn right onto East 30th Street toward the East River. At the stop sign, take a hard right to the FDR Service Road (keep right; do not proceed onto the FDR on-ramp). Follow the signs to the Alexandria Center parking garage, branded as ABM Parking. The entrance is on the right.

 

DIRECTIONS FROM THE FDR HEADING SOUTH

Take the East 34th Street exit and travel south on the FDR Service Road. After passing East 30^th Street, keep right; do not proceed to the FDR on-ramp. Follow the signs to the Alexandria Center parking garage, branded as ABM Parking. The entrance is on the right.

Loading dock hours are 7:00am-5:00pm Monday-Saturday. The loading dock may be opened by request on Sundays. Deliveries may be accommodated outside of standard loading dock hours with prior authorization from Apella.
